Return to Yourself is a small, intimate sound bath experience designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release accumulated stress, and reconnect with yourself in a deeply supported environment.

Held in a private home setting, this experience is intentionally limited to create a sense of safety, presence, and care.

• Gentle grounding + breathwork to settle your body

• A restorative sound bath using calming frequencies and tones

• Space to soften, release, and simply be

• Quiet integration time to allow your system to recalibrate

This is not just about relaxation.

It’s about giving your body a place to exhale.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally full, or simply needing a reset—this space meets you where you are.

• Location: Private residence in 76137 Fossil Springs subdivision (address shared after registration)

• Limited to 18 participants

• Please bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything that helps you feel comfortable

• Tea or cacao will be provided

Come as you are, bring a yoga mat and blankets. The host has several yoga mats and bolsters, but there may be a shortage, so bring your own.
