Return to Yourself is a three‑session series created for the woman who is used to holding everything together - the woman who shows up, handles what needs to be done, and keeps moving even when she feels overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from her own needs.

This series offers a different way. A gentler way. A way back to yourself. The soul of this offering is simple: to create a space where women no longer feel like they must push through, perform, or constantly strive to become “better.” Instead, Return to Yourself invites you to reconnect with your own inner steadiness - to understand what your body and nervous system are communicating, to respond with curiosity rather than judgment, and to discover that regulation isn’t about being calm all the time. It’s about knowing how to find your way back when life pulls you away from center.

Who This Series Supports
Return to Yourself is for the woman who is capable, caring, and accustomed to carrying a lot. She may be navigating:

A demanding career

Caregiving or family responsibilities

Shifting roles or relationships

Seasons of transition

The changes of age, menopause, or post‑menopause

Or simply a life that feels fuller than she has space for

She may look like she’s handling everything well - while privately feeling overwhelmed, constantly “on,” or unsure of what she needs. She doesn’t need prior experience with nervous system work or somatic practices. She simply needs curiosity, openness, and a desire to meet stress in a new way.She wants steadiness. She wants presence. She wants to feel like herself again.

The Transformation
The goal of this series is not to make life less demanding - it’s to help you understand what’s happening within you so you can meet life without abandoning yourself. You’ll learn to:

Recognize your own patterns

Notice when your nervous system needs support

Respond rather than push through

Choose practical tools that help you regulate in real time

Trust yourself more deeply

Release judgment around how you handle stress

Most importantly, you’ll learn that feeling unsettled doesn’t mean you’ve lost your way - it simply means you’re ready to return to yourself.

What You’ll Experience
Each session blends accessible, supportive practices including:

Gentle nervous system teaching

Guided self‑reflection + coaching exercises

Somatic and body‑awareness practices

Grounding + orienting techniques

breathwork

meditation

Restorative practices

These tools are simple, repeatable, and designed to fit into real life - so you can use them anytime you feel pulled away from center.

A Space to Come Home
Return to Yourself is an invitation to pause, listen, and reconnect with the part of you that has been waiting to exhale. A space to feel steadier, clearer, and more grounded in who you are — not who you’re expected to be.

If you’re ready to meet your life with more presence and less pressure, this series was created for you.

Your Keeper: Cyndi Allen
Cyndi Allen is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, trauma-informed yoga educator, and certified life coach who brings together mindful movement, nervous-system regulation, and practical coaching to help women feel more grounded, capable, and connected to themselves. With graduate degrees in business and organizational leadership, along with advanced training in life coaching and yoga, Cyndi brings a unique perspective to her work—one that understands both the demands of real life and the importance of creating space to pause, listen, and respond with intention. At Lunar Womb, Cyndi offers a range of experiences, from Strength & Flow, restorative and meditative yoga, Yoga Nidra, somatic and nervous-system-focused practices, and beginner yoga to coaching programs and workshops centered on stress, burnout, perfectionism, intention-setting, balance, and sustainable change. Her teaching is trauma-informed, accessible, and non-performative. Rather than asking students to achieve a particular shape or experience, Cyndi encourages curiosity, choice, and connection with what the body is communicating in the moment. Her classes may include movement, breathwork, meditation, somatic awareness, reflection, and deep rest, with plenty of permission to adapt the practice to the person. Her coaching carries that same philosophy into everyday life. Cyndi helps women explore patterns such as overfunctioning, perfectionism, chronic stress, and feeling disconnected from their own needs, then turn insight into practical, sustainable ways of living and working.Whether she is leading a strong yoga practice, guiding Yoga Nidra, teaching nervous-system regulation, or facilitating a coaching conversation, Cyndi’s intention is the same: to create a space where women can step out of performance, reconnect with themselves, and discover what it feels like to move forward from a place of greater steadiness and self-trust.Her work is grounded in a simple belief: you don’t have to become someone new. Sometimes the most meaningful work is learning how to return to yourself.
