Sometimes we don’t lose these parts of ourselves but they simply become buried beneath everything we’ve had to carry.
Return to the Sacred has been created from lived experience from knowing what it feels like to move through seasons where parts of yourself become quiet beneath everything life asks you to carry.
It’s the kind of space I know I would have needed during some of my own darker chapters. A space to soften, to feel, to be witnessed, and to slowly find your way back to the parts of yourself that may have been waiting to be heard.

Through rose tea, ceremonial water blessing, ancient rhythm, medicine drum, voice activation, toning, intuitive vocals, sound, angelic group energy healing and oracle guidance, we will move through a gentle journey of feeling, expression, release and reconnection.
