Join Deana Bacon for a luxurious two-hour, winter solstice Candlelight Yin Yoga Sound Bath + Reiki Workshop. We'll tap into the power of this practice to cultivate trust - trust in sensation, trust in intuition, trust in the slowness and steadiness of the season. Yin Yoga uses long holds in deeply impactful postures, breath, and mindfulness of sensation to engage our whole being in the process of turning inward and getting curious. What are our bodies and hearts calling us to acknowledge and trust in this season? How is that manifesting in unique ways in your tissues and nervous system? What supports you in deepening this intuition and trust? These questions alongside powerful releases in our bodies will guide you into this season with ease and grace. Livestream available. SUNDAY DECEMBER 20 | 2:30-4:30pm
