Welcome to 'Return to Running For The Postpartum Woman' a specially designed workshop dedicated to helping postpartum women transition back into running. This workshop is perfect for mothers who are looking to regain their fitness, rebuild their strength, and rediscover the joy of running in a supportive and understanding environment.
What to Expect:
1. Expert Guidance: Our workshop is led by experienced trainers and health professionals who specialize in postpartum fitness. They will provide personalized advice and share essential tips on how to safely and effectively return to running.
2. Comprehensive Warm-Up & Cool-Down: Learn the importance of proper warm-up and cool-down routines tailored for postpartum bodies to prevent injury.
3. Strength and Conditioning: Engage in targeted exercises that focus on rebuilding core strength, pelvic floor health, and overall muscle conditioning to support your return to running.
4. Running Techniques and Drills: Receive coaching on running form, breathing techniques, and pacing to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transition back to running.

7.Access to our 8 Week Return to Running Programme: This workshop will give you all the foundational information you need to return to running postpartum. We will continue to provide you with support with our 8 week programme which is a combination of a gradual return to running as well as a progressive strength programme which will help you build up your running stamina in a safe and effective way.
Who Should Attend: This workshop is ideal for postpartum women at any stage, whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner looking to return after childbirth. We recommend that participants have clearance from their doctor/physiotherapist to engage in physical activity.
