Imagine dancing barefoot on the sand as the golden sun slowly sinks into the Pacific, the full moon rises in the eastern sky, and the ocean retreats after an exceptionally low tide.

On this special evening, we gather beneath October's Full Hunter's Moon for a sacred celebration of movement, meditation, heart-opening cacao, sisterhood, and transformation.

The full moon symbolizes illumination, completion, and release. It invites us to surrender what no longer serves us, celebrate our growth, and reconnect with the wisdom and beauty of our feminine essence.

With the moon rising at 5:40 PM and the sun setting at 6:08 PM, we will experience the beautiful transition from daylight to twilight, honoring the balance of light and darkness, masculine and feminine, letting go and beginning anew.

The afternoon's negative low tide of -0.37 feet creates an expansive shoreline, offering a beautiful setting for our gathering as the water gradually returns.

Together, we will share sacred ceremonial cacao and embark on a soulful journey through breath, music, movement, and stillness.

• Sacred Cacao Ceremony: We begin in a heart-centered circle, sharing the ancient tradition of ceremonial cacao. Through gratitude, intention setting, and mindful sipping, we invite ourselves to soften, open our hearts, and connect more deeply with ourselves and one another. Sacred ceremonial cacao will be lovingly provided.
• Grounding Breathwork & Guided Meditation: Connect with Mother Earth, quiet the mind, awaken your senses, and gently return to the wisdom of your body.
• Gentle Somatic Awakening: Through soft, intuitive movement, begin releasing tension, reconnecting with your body, and awakening your feminine energy.
• Silent Disco Dance Ritual: Slip on your wireless headphones and immerse yourself in a carefully curated musical journey of soulful rhythms, sacred mantras, and empowering feminine music. Dance through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, allowing your body to express whatever is ready to move.
• Full Moon Release Ritual: As the moon rises and the sun begins its descent, we will honor this powerful moment of transition by consciously releasing old stories, limiting beliefs, and emotions that no longer serve our highest good.
• Closing Meditation & Sisterhood Circle: Return to stillness, integrate your experience, and honor the beauty of gathering in sacred feminine community.

There is no choreography, no performance, and no right or wrong way to move.

You may dance wildly, sway gently, stretch, cry, laugh, sit in meditation, or simply allow the music to wash over you.

This is your sacred space to feel, release, reconnect, and remember the woman beneath all the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of everyday life.
