About this Event
Flat out, fed up, frazzled and overwhelmed? Always the one keeping everyone else afloat, with nothing left for you?
Return to Harmony™ is a day in the forest for women who are looking for answers, not just a day out.
We'll slow right down among the trees of Cannock Chase. Phones away, no rushing, nobody needing anything from you.
Then, through a gentle guided visualisation, you'll meet your future goddess self and hear the message she has for you.
In the afternoon you'll capture that message in glass. No experience needed. Emma fires your piece in her kiln after the day and posts it back to you, so her message is yours to keep.
