Return to Essence: A New Year’s Retreat for Renewal, Inner Radiance & ConnectionJoin Zetta Rose for an afternoon of reflection, renewal, connection, and shared practice.
The beginning of a new year is a beautiful threshold for reflection, renewal, and reconnection with our inner radiance and wisdom.
Rather than focusing only on what we want to change, accomplish, or create in the year ahead, this retreat invites us to slow down, reconnect, and uncover the magic of who we are and what is already within us.
Through Yoga, Meditation, Self-Inquiry, Sacred Sound, and Community Connection, we’ll create space to release what no longer serves us, listen inward, and reconnect with the qualities, gifts, and values that guide the way we move through our lives.
Together, we’ll gently explore the yogic concept of Dharma—not as something we need to achieve or find, but as the unique expression of our deepest nature: our values, gifts, and the way our presence moves through the world.
The afternoon will include:
• Opening Essence Ritual
• Dharma Talk & Self-Inquiry
• Gentle Hatha & Restorative Yoga
• Yoga Nidra
• Dharma Code Journaling
• Ayurvedic-Inspired Tea Ceremony
• Kirtan & Sacred Music with Gia
• Closing Meditation & Community Circle
We’ll also weave in the wisdom of Ayurveda, embracing winter as a season of reflection, restoration, nourishment, and turning inward.
This retreat is suitable for all levels and is an invitation to begin the new year feeling nourished, restored, grounded, and connected—to yourself, to community, and to the wisdom already within you.
