🌎 RETURN: ROOTEDA Vata Season Energy Reset
Reiki • Energy Healing • Sound • Breath • Meditation
| 60 minutes | $33 suggested donation | Only 5 spots
Does your life feel a little… too airy lately? 🌬️
Your mind is busy.
Your schedule is full.
Things are shifting.
You're thinking about seventeen things at once.
And somewhere underneath all of that, your body is quietly whispering:
“Can we just LAND for a minute?”
Yep.
That's what we're doing.
As we move through Vata season, there's more air + space in the environment — and sometimes bringing in the opposite qualities of Earth, steadiness and presence can be a beautiful way to support your system.
So, we're creating a little space to RETURN.
🌿 Slow down without having to justify it
🫶 Get out of your head and back into your body
🌎 Feel grounded and present
😮💨 Breathe a little deeper
🎶 Let sound do some of the talking
✨ Receive Reiki + energy healing
🧘♀️ Sit in stillness without needing to be “good” at meditation
🤍 Give yourself an hour where nobody needs anything from you
And because this is intentionally intimate…
Only 5 spots per session.
Not 25.
Not 50.
Five.
Because there's something different about being able to actually feel the room when you're in it.
COME AS YOU ARE.
No membership.
No commitment.
No homework. 😂
Just YOU time.
Maybe you don't need another thing to add to your life.
Maybe you need an hour where you can simply…
RETURN.
If your body just said “ohhhh…”
That's probably enough information.
