For five unforgettable days, we're leaving the city behind and traveling deep into Costa Rica — from the roads to the rivers, from the jungle to the Caribbean coast.

We're heading to Green Gold Eco-Lodge, a wild and remote corner of Costa Rica where humans are few and wildlife is everywhere.

This isn't the polished, crowded, resort version of Costa Rica.

🌺 WHAT YOUR 5 DAYS INCLUDE
Throughout the retreat, you'll experience:
🧘 Morning & Evening Yoga
Begin and close your days with intentional movement and embodied practice.
🌙 Full Moon Ritual
Gather together under the Costa Rican sky for a special Full Moon ceremony.
🌿 Jungle & Wildlife Immersion
Explore the land with a local guide and experience Costa Rica beyond the typical tourist path.
🌊 Caribbean Coastline
Experience the beauty and wildness of Costa Rica's Caribbean side.
🥥 Nourishing Meals
Enjoy three meals a day at the lodge while you're immersed in the jungle.
✨ Meditation, Journaling & Embodiment
Rise + Rest Rituals designed around rewilding, reflection, presence and returning to yourself.
🛶 Road + Water Adventure
Travel by shuttle, boat and waterway as we make our way into this remote part of the country.

Leave the lodge for a day of exploring, local culture and adventure.

Perhaps the most important part of all — spaciousness to rest, connect, wander, play and simply exist without having to perform.
🌴 THE JOURNEY
THURSDAY — INTO THE JUNGLE
We'll leave San Jose at 9AM and begin the journey from city to jungle, making stops along the way before arriving at Green Gold Eco-Lodge.
We'll settle in, gather for our Opening Ceremony, and share our first dinner together.
FRIDAY — FULL MOON
Begin the morning with yoga, meditation and journaling.
Explore the land, enjoy spacious free time, and as night falls, gather together for a special Full Moon Ritual.
SATURDAY — EXPLORE
After our morning Rise Ritual and breakfast, we'll head into town for a day of local culture, exploration and adventure.
We'll share dinner before returning to the lodge for our Rest Ritual.
SUNDAY — REST + RECEIVE
A slower day.
Practice. Explore. Rest. Connect with the land.
There is nowhere you need to be and nothing you need to accomplish.
Just space to receive.
MONDAY — RETURN
We'll gather for our Closing Ceremony before beginning our journey back to San Jose.
And then you'll head home carrying the experience with you.

You'll stay at Green Gold Eco-Lodge, surrounded by Costa Rica's wild beauty.
Accommodations are simple, shared and intentionally immersed in nature, with three twin beds per shared room.

Your $1,111 retreat investment includes:

✈️ WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
You'll be responsible for:
• Flights to and from Costa Rica
• Hotel accommodations in San Jose before and after the retreat
• Thursday lunch during our journey into the jungle
• Meals or purchases while we're in town
• Souvenirs and personal expenses
If you're flying into San Jose (SJO), we recommend arriving January 20 and staying overnight before we depart for the jungle on January 21.
For the return, we'll arrive back in San Jose on the evening of January 25, so we recommend staying overnight and departing Costa Rica on January 26.
