Return of the Light Spring Equinox New Moon Cacao Ceremony & Sound Journey
An evening of powerful renewal, intention, rebalance & alignment
Doors open at 6.15pm - please arrive on time for a 6.30pm start.
Join us for a nourishing evening gathering with ceremonial cacao, guided journeying, elemental rhythm and movement, creative journalling and deeply immersive sound bath, clearing what is complete and sowing the seeds for what is ready to grow as we move into spring.
Together, cacao and sound act as powerful allies for insight, renewal and embodied presence— A cacao ceremony supporting clarity, intention and conscious sprouting of ideas, integrative and rhythmic movement for our bodies, and a deeply restorative sound journey designed to support balance and nervous system reset.
As Equinox marks the return of the light, and opens the way ahead inviting us into Spring, you’re invited to pause, reconnect with your inner knowing, and plant intentions for the coming months — grounding clarity into the body and preparing the way forward with awareness and choice.

Sound Journey & Inspiration Integration
An immersive sound bath to journey inward, let go and integrate clarity through deep rest and relaxation. This extended sound journey allows the body and mind to settle, balance and integrate this evening expereince.
Closing circle
We close the evening with clarity for onward choice.

About Your Hosts
Anna Ma — Anam Cara
Anna is a guide for soul-led transformation, supporting people to reconnect with inner clarity, embodied choice and meaningful direction. With over 20 years’ experience in personal development, nervous-system-awarness and realignment, Anna guides inner processes, and creates grounded spaces for insight, integration and transformation.
Anna's work blends cacao ceremony, intuitive guidance, creative reflection and embodied presence — supporting participants to access inner wisdom and move forward with clarity and embodied confidence.

Chai Francesco
Chai is a holistic therapist with a background in music, holding a Master’s degree from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. He hosts regular sound healing sessions at Zen Yoga Studio London.
With over a decade of experience in sound therapy, Chai qualified with a Diploma in Sound Therapy from the Sound Healing Academy in 2015 and has since been offering both group and one-to-one sound bath sessions across London.
Chai also facilitates workshops in meditation and self-healing, guiding participants on a deeply relaxing journey through the healing power of sound. Using crystal singing bowls and oriental gongs, each session becomes a sanctuary of calm, rest, and renewal.
Chai's sessions invite you to reconnect with your deep self, creating space away from the noise and pace of modern, digital life.

About Ceremonial Cacao
Ceremonial-grade cacao is a natural, unprocessed plant elixir traditionally used to support clarity, emotional openness and connection. Unlike everyday chocolate, it is gently prepared to retain its natural properties and consumed with intention.
Cacao used in ceremony is always organically and ethically sourced from indegenous tribespeople in the South Americas, supporting fairtrade, communities and traditional growing practices.
