At Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, we believe that caring for our physical health is a beautiful way to honor God. Maintaining our bodies is a vital part of our spiritual journey, equipping us with the strength, energy, and peace we need to do God’s work in our Marietta community and beyond.
As Martin Luther once gently reminded a tired colleague, “God is not served by ruining your health.” Taking time to rest and restore our bodies is a truly faithful act.
We invite you to find your center with our next installment of the Resurrection Wellness Series: Tai Chi.
This session focuses on gentle, flowing movements and deep breathing designed to reduce stress, improve physical balance, and promote overall inner peace. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or brand new, this is a welcoming space to nurture your mind-body connection.
Please come in comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, and remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
