About this Event
The Restoring Hope Gala is an annual fundraising event supporting Still Waters Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing specialized forensic medical care for survivors of sexual violence.
Still Waters Center is made up of highly trained Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANEs) who serve local hospitals, offering compassionate, trauma-informed care through a multidisciplinary approach. Their work ensures survivors receive not only medical attention, but also dignity, advocacy, and support during critical moments.
This event is designed to both raise awareness and generate funding to expand these essential services within our community.
The 2026 gala will be an intimate, elevated evening hosted at Harper Hall in Lexington, featuring:
- A seated dinner experience
- Cocktail Hour
- Live DJ entertainment
- Cash bar
- Curated silent auction
With a limited guest count of 100 attendees, the evening fosters meaningful connection while highlighting the impact of Still Waters Center’s mission.
Long-term Vision:
To establish a standalone, comprehensive center where survivors can access all aspects of care — medical, emotional, and forensic — in one safe, supportive environment.
