Join the Atman Yoga School x Glød Yoga for this 25 Hour teacher training that is designed to be an introduction to practicing, and teaching, these two healing modalities.This immersive Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra Teacher Training is a sanctuary for those who feel the weight of a fast-paced world, and who long to find true rest, a calm mind, and a peaceful heart.
This course takes place over a weekend, and it is part-training/part-retreat. There is time + space to land, nourish your nervous system, journal, discuss, learn, and practice. It is a "no-stress" break away from the demands of daily life, and the goal of the weekend is to be as comfortable and cozy as possible -- wear all the comfy clothes, use all the blankets, drink all the tea...
Use this training as a personal retreat by taking time out of your life to slow down and reconnect with your inner knowing.
Open to all students, and all levels. This training is registered as YACEP with the Yoga Alliance.
Yoga Nidra is a guided awareness practice that allows a student to work within the subconscious layers of awareness to identify old patterns, create new thoughts, and cultivate a deep intention. It is a tool that provides a deeply relaxing and stress-reducing experience.

All levels of practitioner are welcome to attend this training, and it is open to yoga teachers and non-teachers alike. All students receive a certificate of completion, and students registered with the Yoga Alliance also receive 25 CEUs.
