Get ready to refresh your mind and body this season! Join us in person for a chilled out day of relaxation, healing, and good vibes. It's the perfect chance to reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself as the leaves change. Facilitated by SoulMagic Healing at the Mannahelp Community Garden
You will be led through a beautiful journey designed to ground your energy, clear your mind, and uplift your spirit.
What to Expect
- A Gentle Garden Walk: Begin the session by slowing down. We will take a mindful stroll through the vibrant pathways of the community garden, breathing in the fresh summer air and connecting deeply with the nature around us.
- Soulful Meditation: Transition into a state of quiet reflection. Our guided meditation will help you quiet the mental chatter, anchor your awareness in the present moment, and tap into your inner peace.
- Transformative Tapping: Experience the restorative power of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping. We'll gently stimulate specific meridian points to release stored physical and emotional tension, paving the way for positive energy flow.
