As your body settles into total comfort, a soundscape of pure quartz crystal tones, delicate chimes, and soft vibrations envelope you, shifting your nervous system into cellular repair, mental clarity, and a calming reset.
No experience needed—just bring your presence.
This is a 1.5 hr hour session.
We have yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets for use, and we recommend you bring a pillow and eye mask if you have one. You are welcome to bring your own mat and blanket if you would like along with anything you need to feel cozy. Wear comfortable clothes, kick off your shoes and be ready to feel the love!
$45 per person or $35 per person for REC Members
