Through guided meditation and restorative sound, allow yourself to release the stresses and demands of your everyday life, creating space to reconnect with your own energy.

You’ll be supported with a softly cushioned mat (upstairs), headrest, light blanket, eye mask and water, allowing your body to fully relax and settle in.
