A morning of deep rest, with the calming sound of crystal bowls tuned to 432Hz
About this Event

An invitation to return to stillness.

Join Sammie for a morning of sound healing. She plays crystal bowls tuned to 432Hz, a frequency many believe is in tune with nature. The sound helps your body move out of stress mode and into deep rest.

As the sound moves through you, your breathing slows, your muscles relax and your energy settles.

Lie down, listen, and let the sound do the rest. What it gives back:

  • A body that lets go. You release tension you didn’t know you were holding.
  • Better sleep. Many people sleep more deeply that night and in the days after.
  • Somewhere soft to land. Your body gets a chance to stop bracing.
  • Space to feel what’s there. Some people leave lighter, some leave moved. Both are welcome.
  • More like yourself. Most people leave feeling calmer and clearer.

How to find us

At the front of the building, walk through the central courtyard and down the outdoor steps. At the bottom, turn left straight away. You’ll see a fire door, which opens at 9.55am.

Doors close at 10.05am, and we can’t let anyone in after that.

Please have your ticket confirmation ready on your phone, unfortunately we can’t let you in without it.
