About this Event
Join us for a beginner-friendly slow flow yoga class surrounded by the beauty of the farm. This accessible practice focuses on functional strength, mobility, balance, and mindful movement to help you feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected to your body. Modifications are always offered, making this class welcoming for all experience levels.
Your ticket includes a $10 voucher to use at the farm stand after class.
To avoid Eventbrite service fees, you're welcome to purchase your ticket directly at the farm before class. Class packages are also available for those planning to attend regularly, class packages do not include a farm voucher.
