Imagine stepping in from the grey November skies into a warm, cozy oasis where the only thing on your to-do list is to rest.Join Stef Bourke and Chelsea Penlington for a soothing afternoon of restorative yoga and the beautiful, resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls. Restorative yoga is a gentle, deeply relaxing practice that uses props like bolsters, blankets and cushions to fully support the body in comfortable, restful poses. Rather than stretching or strengthening, the focus is on letting go of effort, releasing tension and giving yourself permission to simply be.
As you settle into stillness, the vibrations and tones of crystal singing bowls will wash over you, creating a rich soundscape to accompany your rest. Their soothing sounds invite the mind to slow down, draw your attention away from the busyness of everyday life and deepen your experience of relaxation.
With soft support beneath you, gentle sounds around you and nowhere else you need to be, this is your invitation to pause, exhale and replenish.
Let the November chill stay outside. Come get cozy, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling rested, refreshed and a little more spacious inside.
No experience necessary. Just come as you are, get comfortable and let yourself be cared for.
