This day has been lovingly created as an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, slow down, reconnect with yourself, and simply rest, receive and recharge.
From the moment you arrive, everything has been taken care of. There’s nothing to organise, nothing to prepare and nowhere else you need to be. This day is all about you.
Throughout the retreat you’ll be guided through a beautiful programme including:

Every part of the day has been carefully planned so that everything is provided for you. You don’t need to think about cooking, planning or rushing from one place to another. Simply arrive in comfortable clothing, bring anything that helps you feel cosy (such as a blanket or cushion if you wish), and allow yourself permission to completely switch off.
Our intention is that you’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, deeply nurtured and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.

✨ The remaining balance is due one month before the retreat date.
As your place is reserved especially for you and we organise the venue, catering and facilitators in advance, all payments are non-refundable. The only exception is if your place can be filled by another participant, in which case a refund of the remaining balance (excluding the deposit) may be considered.
