Join for our last club session of 2026 in a deeply restorative evening designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you simply lie back, relax, and receive the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments. The soothing sounds help guide the body into a deeply relaxed state, allowing the nervous system to shift out of stress mode and into rest and recovery.

Bring:
• Pillow
• Blanket
• Yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on
• Cozy layers
No experience is needed—just come as you are and allow yourself an hour to rest.
