🤍 A personal dedication
This circle is dedicated to my grandmother, who passed away last year.
Her passing has made me reflect on what we inherit from the women who come before us — their love, stories, traditions, strength, and the things they had to carry.
This Harvest Moon, we’ll create space to honour what came before us while gently exploring what we want to carry forward and what we’re ready to put down.
You don’t have to carry everything just because you learned how to.
Come as you are. You don't need to have anything figured out.

About Your Host 🤎
I’m Dyshni, a Registered Social Worker, therapist, and founder of Healing Cycles Therapy.
My work centres on helping daughters of immigrants — slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore the patterns, expectations, and stories they’ve inherited.
I created Healing Cycles because I believe healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy, and you don’t have to heal alone.
Through healing circles, nature, sound, reflection, and connection, I create spaces where we can pause from the constant doing and come back to ourselves.
This circle is especially meaningful to me as I dedicate it to my grandmother, who passed away last year.
Limited spaces available.
