An invitation to let yourself be held in a space devoted to receiving, after all the ways you give.
Join Candace and Caressa for an intimate afternoon weaving ceremonial cacao, Reiki, and gentle guided practices into a nourishing space for rest, reception, and connection.
We’ll begin in circle with a cacao pouring ritual, time to connect, and a brief exploration of the traditions of cacao and Reiki. From there, you’ll be guided into a spacious practice with invitations for gentle breath, meditation, intuitive movement, journaling, or simply being still.
Each participant will be offered individual Reiki, with options for hands-on or hands-off support according to your comfort. You’re welcome to follow what feels right for you throughout the experience.
We’ll close with quiet reflection, optional sharing, and gratitude, carrying a little more ease into the season ahead.

Your facilitators
Caressa Joyce is a Yoga-Massage-Energy Therapist, Life Cycles Celebrant and Sacred Circle Leader. She helps people connect with their bodies, trust their innate intuition, and cultivate lives rooted in balance, truth and joy.
Candace Dalmagne-Rouge is a Certified Life-Cycle Celebrant, Cacao Practitioner, Breathwork Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. She creates spaces for people to reconnect with themselves and move through life’s transitions with greater clarity, courage and self-trust.
$40 + tax · Limited to 8 participants
What to bring: Comfortable clothes, layers, water, and a journal if you’d like.
