Resourced: A Circle for Monterey Bay Business & Community Leaders

You tend something in this community, whether it’s a business, a studio, a practice, a team, or a gathering place. Resourced is a circle for the people doing that work in the Monterey Bay.

Who it’s for: people who own, run, or steward a business, studio, practice, nonprofit, or community space. You might be a yoga studio owner, a massage therapist, an HR director, a queer community leader, a farmer, or a shop owner. If you tend to something that serves other people here, you belong in this circle.

You’ll leave with:

• Genuine connections with other local leaders, not small talk and business-card swapping
• Clearer core values and a sharper sense of what you want your work to create next
• Ideas, referrals, and real collaboration possibilities with people right here
• An ongoing circle, starting with a free follow-up gathering on the Full Moon

Why “Resourced”?
We are more resourced than we know. This is the first in a series of gatherings to help us find each other, share what we have, and grow a business culture in the Monterey Bay that serves both the individual and the collective: materially, spiritually, and communally.

That means:

• Sharing ideas in a way that lifts up our land and our people
• Collaborating to build sustainable, magickal momentum
• Deepening our relationship with land, season, and sky

About the venue
We’re gathering at Georis Winery in Carmel Valley, a sunny and whimsical garden setting. Light snacks are provided. Food, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase. You’re never expected to drink, but ordering something is a lovely way to thank Georis for hosting us. November afternoons can turn cool, so dress in layers.

Agenda

• 1:00–1:30 PM: Opening Introductions & Presencing. Arrive, settle in, and meet the circle.
• 1:30–2:00 PM: Core Values & Desire Mapping. Get clear on what you actually want your work to create, channel, or settlle into next.
• 2:00–2:15 PM: Pause. Stretch, grab a bite, and enjoy the garden.
• 2:15–2:45 PM: Resource Gathering & Connecting. Share what you offer and what you need, and find your collaborators.
• 2:45–3:00 PM: Closing Circle. Name your next step and set intentions for the Full Moon.
