What is a Resource Matching Workshop?
International Synergies Northern Ireland, in collaboration with Invest Northern Ireland, are bringing businesses and organisations together for an interactive workshop designed to uncover new opportunities from the resources we use every day.
The concept is simple: organisations identify what they HAVE – resources that may be surplus, underused or no longer required – and what they WANT – resources, materials, services or solutions that could benefit their operations.
Through facilitated discussions, our experienced team will help identify potential matches between organisations in the room.
One organisation's unwanted resource could be exactly what another organisation needs.
These connections can help businesses reduce waste, lower costs, improve resource efficiency and find more sustainable ways of sourcing and managing resources.
What counts as a resource?
Almost anything!
We encourage organisations to think beyond traditional waste streams. Resources could include:
• Surplus materials and by-products
• Equipment and machinery
• Packaging
• Furniture and office equipment
• Storage or space
• Utilities
• Transport and logistics

Businesses from all sectors and of all sizes are welcome to attend.
