You'll recline in your own cushioned zero-gravity lounger, with a weighted lap blanket, pillow, and eye mask provided. Then there's nothing to do.
You don't have to meditate or clear your mind. You might follow the sounds, drift in and out of sleep, or notice your thoughts gradually quiet down. No experience needed. Busy minds welcome. There's no right way to do this.
