Resonance Works returns to the historic Heinz Memorial Chapel for two performances of one of the most stunning works in the choral repertoire, Rachmaninoff's All-Night Vigil. Composed in 1915, with World War I raging and Russia on the verge of collapse, All-Night Vigil asks us to sit with our grief, uncertainty, or hope, and to trust that the morning will come. These concerts are dedicated to the memory of Pittsburgh musical legend, conductor and educator Robert Page, in honor of his 100th birthday.
