Resonance: Supporting Black Men Through Sound & Stillness
Join us at Shakti Power Yoga on June 3, 2026 at 7:00 PM (Central Time) for a unique experience focused on sound and stillness.
$35 from your ticket goes to Black Men Vent Too, the first & only black father & son podcast in Tennessee!
Each ticket also enters you into a drawing for a free private sound therapy session with Mardae Weaver.
We will have light snacks and drinks, hear a brief introduction from Black Men Vent Too and the founders of KNOW-WARE SOLUTIONS, as well as a little overview of sound therapy in prepartion for a 45 min sound bath. This event is all about supporting mental health through healing vibrations and mindful presence.
