A powerfully aligning Cacao Ceremony & Soundbath a journey into clarity, rhythm, sound & connection — awaken resonance & embodied wisdom.
Doors open at 7.15pm — please arrive on time for a 7.30pm start.
Join us for an immersive evening gathering with ceremonial cacao, guided journeying, elemental rhythm and movement, creative reflection and integrative sound. Together, cacao and sound create a resonant space for awareness, embodied presence, clarity and inner connection — inviting alignment through rhythm, movement, sound and conscious intention.

Opening Circle
We gather in circle to arrive, meet and create a shared container of presence, trust and intention.
Cacao Ceremony & Guided Journey
Serving ceremonial cacao and guiding into awareness, supporting grounding, clarity and intention-setting for the evening.
Rhythm of our Ancestors
Inviting movement as the body integrates inner knowing, ceremonial cacao and prepares for the sound journey.
Life Visioning & Creative Journalling
Through guided prompts and inspired writing, you’ll explore what is ready to deepen, illuminate and come into greater alignment through the energy of Summer Solstice.
Sound Journey & Integration
An immersive sound bath to journey inward, integrate and restore through deep rest and relaxation. This extended sound journey allows the body and mind to settle, rebalance and absorb the evening’s experience.
Closing Circle
We close the evening with clarity for inner and outer connection & onward choice.

Anna Ma — Anam Cara
Anna guides soul-led transformation, reconnecting people with inner clarity, embodied choice and aligned steps into living and actualising uniqueness. With over 20 years’ experience in embodying inner wisdom, nervous system realignment and recalibration, Anna holds safe, intuitive space designed to facilitate inner process, grounding, resonance, integration and transformation.
Anna’s work blends cacao ceremony, transformational coaching, creative reflection and embodied presence — for you to access inner wisdom, remembrance and aligned embodied choice.

Chai Francesco
Chai is a holistic therapist with a background in music, holding a Master’s degree from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama. He hosts regular sound healing sessions at Zen Yoga Studio London.
With over a decade of experience in sound therapy, Chai qualified with a Diploma in Sound Therapy from the Sound Healing Academy in 2015 and has since been offering both group and one-to-one sound bath sessions across London.
Chai also facilitates workshops in meditation and self-healing, guiding participants through the restorative power of sound. Using crystal singing bowls and oriental gongs, each session becomes a sanctuary of calm, rest and renewal.
Chai’s sessions invite reconnection with the deeper self, creating space away from the pace and noise of modern digital life.

About Ceremonial Cacao
Ceremonial-grade cacao is a natural, minimally processed plant elixir traditionally used to support clarity, openness and connection. Unlike everyday chocolate, it is gently prepared to retain its natural properties and consumed with intention.
The cacao used in ceremony is organically and ethically sourced from indigenous communities in South America, supporting fairtrade practices, local communities and traditional cultivation.

• Cacao contains small amounts of caffeine and theobromine — if you are sensitive to stimulants, you may prefer a smaller portion
