Come join us for Resonance and Reflection by Sacred Space Therapy and Wellness, a sound bath and journaling journey. In this 30 minute facilitated workshop, bring your journal and allow the sounds and vibrations from the singing bowls to settle your mind, ground your body, and engage in a heart-to-heart with your soul. We end in a sharing circle to provide a safe space to feel seen, co-create meaning and broaden your perspective for personal transformation.
