What will this workshop cover?Immerse yourself in a calm, yet fun, creative atmosphere and enjoy a thoughtfully guided workshop where you’ll design and make your own set of four bamboo-based coasters, decorated using acrylics and resin. You can choose from square or round bases – just let us know which you would like at the time of booking. You will then move on to making your own stunning 44cm bamboo serving board. Your finished serving board isn’t just decorative – it’s perfect for entertaining too. Whether you use it for sharing food, serving drinks, or simply displaying in your home, it’s a functional piece with a gorgeous coastal feel.
Held at Lilyboo in Lostwithiel, this easy-going yet refined session is designed to be both engaging and soothing, and is limited to 8 people. You’ll be guided step-by-step through the process, discovering how to blend colour and resin to achieve soft, flowing, ocean-inspired designs, with each coaster unique, yet perfectly complementing the others as a set. This is a gentle, unhurried experience that encourages you to slow down and savour the act of making.
Your boards and coasters will ready for collection within 48 hours of the workshop completing.
