With 500 hours of YTT and a certification in Embodied Yoga Life Coaching, [Your Name] focuses on the "Living Yoga" pillars: Awareness, Regulation, and Spiritual Transformation. Based in San Jose, she serves her community through The Art of Yoga and private mentorship.
