Resilient Range: Yoga-Inspired Mobility & Movement w/ The Yoga Seed

This isn’t passive stretching—it’s about building strength where you need it most. In this class, we’ll train mobility as an active skill, combining controlled strength, joint work, and intentional movement patterns to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free. Expect a thoughtful mix of slow, focused work and dynamic transitions that translate beyond the mat—so your body feels more capable in everything you do.

This class will take place outdoors on the plaza at Lincoln Common. It is required to bring your own mat.

This class is part of Lincoln Park Health and Wellness Weekend.
