This ceremony is dedicated to reinventing our nervous system, to clear out stagnant negative energy that blocks our chakras and our path in living a fullfilling life.

We begin with bitter‑sweet, ceremonial‑grade cacao derived from Ora Cacao to ignite the heart fire; intentions are spoken aloud, setting an uncompromising tone of inner truth.

Guided breath and gentle movement dissolve boundaries; Distance Reiki hands‑off/ hands‑above clear dense energy and release buried tension.

Then immersive sound from Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls -- made out of high end crystals, minerals, and gem stones—crystal bowls, rain stick, wind chimes, tunning forks, and drum—flood the field, resonating through bone and breath, shifting stuck patterns and catalyzing deep emotional release. Expect catharsis, vivid inner imagery, and sudden, clarifying insight.

Ceremony held by Certified Life Coach, Certified Sound Healer, Certified Yogi, Certified Breath work facilitator and Certified Reiki Practitioner Florina along with her incredible talented healer Jennfer.

Event flow (total 60 – 75minutes)

• Arrival & Check‑in (10 min): Welcome, settle in, intake/health brief, set up mat/blanket.
• Opening & Intention (5–10 min): Centering breath, short grounding, set a personal intention.
• Cacao Ceremony (10–15 min): Serve ceremonial‑grade cacao; mindful sip and guided heart‑opening practice.
• Gentle Movement & Breath (5–7 min): Light stretches and breathwork to increase receptivity.
• Reiki Infusion (60 minutes): Hands‑off/ hands‑above or distance Reiki offered while participants rest, laying down and receiving the healing powers of Alchemy Crystal Bowls.
• Sound Therapy Immersion (40–60 min): Live soundscape with crystal bowls, chimes, rain stick, drum, tunning forks, and subtle percussion layered to deepen relaxation.
• Integration & Closing (10 min): Slow return, brief sharing option, hydration, grounding tips and aftercare.
