Join us for a Flooding 101 workshop and rain garden cleanup in Canarsie! Learn what flooding is, why our neighborhood is vulnerable, where rainwater goes, and how rain gardens help reduce flooding. We’ll also discuss why rain gardens matter for Canarsie and why regular cleaning and maintenance are important. After the workshop, participants will help clean and care for a local rain gardens!
