About the Experience
Join Instruments of Healing and ReLife Recovery and Wellness for a two-hour experience created to help you slow down, recharge, and care for both your mind and body.
We will begin with a one-hour Sound Bath facilitated by Cesar Lujan of Instruments of Healing. As you rest comfortably on your yoga mat, the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments will create a peaceful environment for relaxation and reflection.
Following the Sound Bath, participants will move through ReLife’s full recovery circuit:
- Leg-compression therapy
- Infrared sauna with red light therapy
- Cold plunge
Each modality will last approximately 15 minutes. Light, healthy snacks and a refreshing mocktail will also be available during the experience.
Your $50 ticket includes the Sound Bath, all three recovery modalities, snacks, and a mocktail.
Space is intentionally limited to provide a comfortable and personalized experience. Advance registration is required.
What to Expect During the Recovery Circuit
After the Sound Bath, participants will rotate through the recovery circuit in small groups.
Three participants will begin with leg-compression therapy. After approximately 15 minutes, they will move into the infrared sauna with red light therapy and then complete the circuit with the cold plunge. The next group will begin as the previous group advances, allowing everyone to move through the modalities in the same order:
Leg Compression → Infrared Sauna with Red Light → Cold Plunge
ReLife staff will explain how to use each modality and will be available throughout the circuit for guidance. You are always welcome to communicate your comfort level, adjust the intensity when possible, or discontinue a modality if needed.
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to check in, complete any required waiver, and settle onto your mat. The Sound Bath will begin promptly at 9:00 AM.
What to Bring
For the Sound Bath:
- Yoga mat
- Blanket
- Pillow
- Eye covering, if desired
- Water bottle
For the recovery circuit:
- Bathing suit or clothing that can be submerged in the cold plunge
- Comfortable clothing that you do not mind sweating in during the sauna
- Towel
- Dry change of clothes
- Optional sandals or water-resistant footwear
A restroom and changing space are available on-site; however, please be aware that there are no showers.
Important Health Information
ReLife welcomes participants ages 16 and older. Anyone younger than 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the required liability waiver.
Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you are pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, have uncontrolled blood pressure, are sensitive to heat or cold, or have any health concerns that could be affected by sauna or cold-plunge use.
All participants attending ReLife for the first time will be required to complete a liability waiver.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available within the plaza. Please allow yourself enough time to park, check in, and prepare before the Sound Bath begins.
Refund and Transfer Policy
Unfortunately, refunds are not available at this time. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person or apply it toward a future Instruments of Healing event.
Please contact us before the event if you need to arrange a transfer. Transfers to future events are subject to availability and any difference in ticket price.
A Sound Bath is a meditative experience in which you rest comfortably while a trained sound practitioner plays crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments. Despite the name, no water is involved you are “bathed” in layers of sound.
As the tones and vibrations move through the space, they create an immersive environment that can help quiet mental chatter, encourage slower breathing, and support deep relaxation. There is nothing you need to do, accomplish, or know beforehand. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, and allow yourself to listen.
Every Sound Bath is unique. You may notice physical sensations, emotions, imagery, or simply a peaceful sense of stillness.
Who is Cesar Lujan?
He is a Sound Healing Teacher & Frequency Carrier trained in Los Angeles, California. He has studied various healing modalities such as Crystal Healing, Holy Fire III Usui & Karuna Reiki, Metatronia Therapy, and Raindrop Technique. He utilizes all his expertise to create a magical experience that will envelop and blanket you with comfort and serenity. He holds space for you to have a personal encounter with your higher state of consciousness hence allowing for insight, ideas, clarity, release, and/ or healing to happen.
