Right guys and girls.... This is what we will be lifting for in December. Over the past ten years through the gym we have raised money for many charities and people in need. This one is something that's very special.
This Christmas let's help raise some serious money supporting this cause and helping these children to live a life that unfortunately without outside help they won't be able to.
They aren't asking for toys, I pads or PlayStations. All they want is some help to just live a normal life and have normal things that most probably the average person takes for granted.
So to all my friends please get involved and help us. Let's raise some money for these kids, lift some seriously heavy weights so that this Christmas is a very special one.
God bless my friend Daniel Hursell who has been grafting his butt off to help these children in Uganda. Thank you for reaching out to me and the RepsandSets Gym family to get involved and try to help.
It doesn't matter how heavy you can lift it's about the reason your lifting.
Every rep counts same as every penny we raise.
Calling all my lifting family from near and far....
Let's do this 💙💪🏼
