About this Event
Children are seen as 'good' when they are compliant and obedient, but people-pleasing is no way to live a fulfilling life.
You were an easy child, a sensible child, a reasonable child, a ‘good’ child... a 'no-problem child. The joy of your parents, your teachers and your family.
Now you are an adult. You are still very good at people-pleasing, at saying 'yes'. Saying 'no' is much more difficult - impossible even, as you like to avoid conflicts at all costs.
On the surface, your life looks successful, but on the inside, you are not quite sure what you feel, what you need, and what you want. Sometimes you feel dissatisfied and even a bit... invisible.
How did that happen? And how can you reparent yourself and reclaim your internal authority? How can you learn to say: NO?
45min of sketches, laughter, and interactive discussion!.
