And we thought the best way to kick things off was with a whole day celebrating fixing, making, reusing and generally giving things another chance.
Introducing our REPAIR FAIR 🌿

There’ll be plenty happening throughout the day…

🪓 Tool sharpening
🧩 Make a mosaic coaster using reclaimed materials
☕ Coffee, cake and plenty of good conversation
Got something broken, torn, wobbly or just not quite working as it should? Bring it along and see if our lovely volunteer repairers can help breathe a little life back into it.
Nothing to repair? Come anyway!
Have a go at making something, get those neglected tools sharpened, grab some cake or simply pull up a chair for a cuppa and a chat.
This is just the beginning of what we hope will become a lovely regular community space for repairing rather than replacing, sharing skills, learning from one another and keeping good stuff going for longer. 💚
