This month's Repair Cafe will be on Saturday October 31st from 1-4pm @dreamsofbeansptboWe can help you:
+ mend your winter gear (coats, gloves and hats)
+ sew the button back on your favourite sweater
+ glue the handle on your favorite coffee mug
+ clean the connections in your toaster
+ rewire your lamp, amp, or vacuum cleaner
+ and more!
Please Note: To ensure everyone has a chance to have their items looked at, we can complete one electrical fix or two sewing fixes per person at a time.
If you have additional items to be repaired, you’re welcome to sign up again after your initial fix(es) are complete.
If you are planning on bringing in your computer for a Linux upgrade please check-in prior to the event so we can ensure we have a volunteer. Send us an email at [email protected] to register for a Linux upgrade. Make sure to back up your laptop before bringing it in!
Steve from Clean Up Peterborough will not be at this month's event so hold onto your hard to recycle items and check back in next month
Hope to see you there!
