Booking information
This event is completely FREE to attend and FREE to book , funded through the Building Greener Communities project for residents of Sparkhill and neighbouring areas.
Please book in advance where possible and answer the short diagnostic questions about your item. This gives our repairers an opportunity to understand the problem and prepare suitable tools, equipment or potential fixes before the session.
Please note: Booking does not guarantee that an item can be repaired. Some faults cannot be diagnosed until the repairer physically examines the item, and some items may be beyond repair or require specialist parts or further work.
Walk-ins are welcome, but repairs are first come, first served . During busy periods, we may limit repairs to one item per person to give everyone an opportunity to access the service.
What to bring
-Clothing or textile items needing repair or alteration
-Small electrical or tech items for Repair Wins to assess
-Any replacement parts you already have, such as zips, buttons, chargers or other components
-One clean, good-quality item of clothing if you'd like to use the Honesty Swap Rail (one item in = one item out; no donations please)
