Rent Cheque’s Amateur Strip Night takes over The Cobalt on the last Friday of every month, bringing an all bodies, all genders welcome competition night built around bold performances, crowd energy, and creative freedom.
Each month, contestants compete for cash prizes with $500 for first place, $200 for second, and $100 for third. Whether your act is seductive, chaotic, hilarious, political, or completely unexpected, the stage is open to anyone ready to win over the room.
Nudity is never required. Performers are encouraged to bring whatever version of themselves feels right, from full strip routines to outrageous costumes and unexpected concepts.
To perform, send your stage name and song choice in advance. Early signups are prioritized, though day-of performers may still be accommodated where possible.
Important event notes:
• Entry is pay what you can, with $10 to $15 suggested donation
• Cash only at entry, ATM on site
• Bar service available inside with debit and credit accepted
• No audience photos allowed inside the venue aside from the hired photographer
• A selfie corner will be available near the entrance
Part competition, part party, and part entry point for first-time performers, Rent Cheque creates a loud, welcoming room where anything can happen and every month brings a different crowd, different acts, and a new winner.
