Join Rising Phoenix Breathwork for our annual Remove the Mask Ceremony. Halloween invites us to play with disguises; this ceremony is a blend of ceremony, breathwork, art and journaling. You are invited us to notice the roles, expectations, and identities we’ve developed throughout life. Through breathwork and meditation, we peel back those layers, we’ll shed those false identities and reconnect with the truth of who we are.As part of the ceremony, we will create physical representations of our masks. Together we will perform a powerful fire ceremony. You’ll be invited to release this mask into the fire and to reflect on releasing what is no longer needed so you can make space for what is real. You’ll shed those false identities and reconnect with the truth of who we are.
