A community act of remembrance and commemoration.Organised by a team of local community volunteers the Remembrance Sunday event begins with a parade of military veterans and youth organisations through the town centre. The service begins at approximately 1050 hrs in time for the 2mins silence at 1100 hrs. After a short act of worship and the laying of wreaths by organisations the event ends at approx 1130hrs.
