On Armistice Day, Wednesday 11 November 2026, 3 RIFLES host a remembrance parade at the Rifles Memorial Garden, Redford Barracks, with refreshments in the Welfare Centre afterwards. The Battalion has invited the Association to attend, and 3 TRA will be there. This is a working barracks, so attendance is by sign up only. Your name must be on the nominal roll passed to the Battalion in advance. No name on the roll, no entry at the gate, and there is nothing anyone can do about that on the day.
Sign up here: https://forms.gle/ycDWH42GQYVvwcV57
Closing date for names: Nov 4th
What you need to know:
Bring photo ID (passport, driving licence or Veteran Card). It will be checked at the gate against the roll.
If you are driving, your vehicle registration must be on the form. Parking direction will be given nearer the day.
Dress: regimental smart. Medals worn, beret and cap badge if you have them.
The service commences 1030. Be at the gate no later than 1000, as ID checks take time and the parade will not wait. Any further programme detail from the Battalion will be posted here.
If your plans change after you sign up, message me or email [email protected] so your name comes off the roll. Empty names on a roll cause the Battalion work.
All Riflemen and antecedent regiment veterans welcome. If you have not yet joined the Association, sign up to SWIFT at theriflesnetwork.co.uk/signup and link to 3 TRA.
