GTILA is a non-profit membership organization based in Los Angeles. Our mission is to advance and promote the exchange of information and expertise regarding the field of gestalt therapy among our members, the professional community, and the community at large. We offer scholarships and community programs to support this mission. Last year we funded 42 partial scholarships and 4 full scholarships to the Los Angeles Gestalt Institutes. About Alan Cohen

Alan Cohen has been practicing psychotherapy for 50 years, and has been providing clinical supervision and training therapists as faculty and Clinical Director of two institutes for 45 years. Alan also has been Distinguished Visiting Faculty at professional training conferences in Switzerland, Poland, Greece, Hungary, and Slovenia, training mental health professionals from around the world.
