About this Event
Learn hands-on how to make chicken parm and philly cheesesteak sliders! While Culikid's virtual classes are paced to be accessible for a neurodivergent child, they are open to everyone! All ages and abilities are welcome to join!
This class will involve measuring, mixing, handling and cutting raw steak, using the microwave, stove and oven. Adult assistance is suggested if your child or teen needs help with any of the above as well as following verbal directions, staying on task, and initiating tasks. This class will take approximately 1 hour.
Ingredients and supplies needed:
- Frozen breaded chicken tenders
- Hawaiian sweet rolls or Dinner rolls
- Mozzarella cheese
- Provolone cheese
- Marinara sauce
- Butter
- Garlic powder
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Parmesan cheese
- Basil
- Mayonnaise
- Pepperoncinis and Juice from the Jar
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Garlic Cloves
- Salt and Pepper
- Flank Steak
- Arrowroot Starch
- Avocado Oil
- Yellow Onion
- Red Bell Pepper
- Dijon Mustard
- Coconut Aminos
- Fish Sauce

- Dairy-free by using vegan butter, vegan (mozzarella/provolone) cheese, and vegan parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast.
