We’ll explore how to find the right therapist, unpack the difference between mental health and mental illness, and explore ways you can strengthen your mental health and support your loved ones’ mental health journeys. We'll also do light mobility and yoga throughout. Bring a mat, journal, and water! If you don't have a mat, that's ok! We'll be on the grass.
Facilitated by mental health professionals Glitch King (MHC-LP) Bryce Henderson (LCSW) and yoga instructor Eric Mosley.
