This experience is designed to help you come out of overwhelm and back into a sense of safety in your body.
Through gentle, guided somatic practices, you’ll learn how to:
- recognize when you’re activated
- support your body instead of fighting it
- release stored tension in a safe, natural way
- reconnect with a sense of calm, grounding, and clarity
You’ll be guided step by step through:
- grounding and body awareness
- self-praising and rebuilding inner support
- gently exploring emotional activation (at your own pace)
- breathwork to release and regulate
- simple tools you can use in real life when things feel like too much
- journaling and reflection for integration
This is not about pushing you into anything intense.
It’s about creating a space where your body can soften, open, and feel safe again.
